Based on the basic problems such as motivation of quality and safety management control agricultural supermarket docking supply chain, this paper studies game behavior three parties involved in professional cooperatives, large chain supermarkets government regulatory departments under influence participation. To build a three-party evolutionary model for with participation government, goal is to find stable strategy maintain cooperation, so ensure chains.
